Research Fellow positions We have no opening Research Fellow positions, but some may become available at this year’s and next year’s end. Please keep an eye on our website and follow the CASA Twitter account.
Fellowship schemes Postdocs or final-year PhD students with relevant backgrounds in urban mobility, transport planning/urban planning, spatial data science, and urban informatics are strongly encouraged to apply for fellowship schemes (e.g., MSCA Postdoctoral Fellowships, UKRC fellowships) with our support.
PhD students I am looking for 1-2 PhD students each year. If you’re interested, please email me your CV and research proposal. We welcome inquiries from excellent candidates wishing to pursue research that investigates (but not limited to):

  • Spatial AI for urban mobility analysis

Visiting scholar applications Visiting scholar’s applications are welcome at any time. Our group hosts 1-2 visitors (students & scholars) per year. The relevant information can be found on the CASA website - Academic Visitors, which is in line with UCL’s Affiliate Academic Scheme
ERC Additional opportunities ERC provides additional opportunities, as it says - “You can develop your career through public funding linked to ERC projects, even if you do not receive an ERC Grant.”. In particular, you should look at the International Arrangement funding which is available via national funding agencies.
